I was told that BLVD uses top of the line equipment featuring Beechwood Stone Hearth Oven & Slayer X Coffee Machines to present the best offerings such as stone-fired 18” pizzas & freshly made paninis while handpicked selected beans will satiate the coffee aficionados with the best cuppa in town.
The place has lunch, dinner, sandwich for weekdays and all day brunch menu on weekends. There is even a 1-for-1 promotion on pizzas and cake slices for weekends too!
I particularly love their roast chicken as it was well marinated with unique spice rub. Tasty and is satisfying when eaten together with its crispy skin.
Their handmade pizza is something one can indulge in, with more than 16 varieties on the menu. Diners in a larger group can order their large 18 inch hand stretch pizza. I love the Prosciutto Di Parma pizza I’v tried. They used 24 months aged parma ham and plenty of spinach, pecorino and lemon zest. Very flavorful toppings on the perfectly chewy pizza dough with crispy edges.
A charming spot in this part of Singapore, BLVD is the perfect place to chill out and wind down even though the place is always flooded with enthusiastic diner crowds from people working around this area.
