(PRODUCT SHARING) Kelp Powder Tea Kombucha at METRO IPPIN

It is a discovery everytime I’m at IPPIN!

Kombucha also known as tea mushroom is a fermented, slightly alcoholic and effervescent black or green tea drink. This is intended as a functional beverage with its claimed health benefits such as anti aging, relieve atherosclerosis, constipation, and diabetes, thou no evidence has shown to support these.

This kombucha tea I’m sharing has added kelp powder, salt and sugar to a perfect cup of tasty beverage. Kelp is a type of seaweed that is believed to be a superfood with good source of iodine and other trace minerals. Adding kelp powder to your diet may provide health benefits such as lowering of blood sugar, LDL cholesterol and cancer risk.

You can find this Kelp Powder Tea Kombucha ($11) at Metro Paragon (lvl 2) & Metro Centrepoint (lvl 4) IPPIN section for a great daily drink or thoughtful little gift to your love ones.
