(PRODUCT SHARING) Shin Chan’s Soy Sauce Ramen from Tochigi at METRO IPPIN

I really love noodles with chewy texture. Especially having those convenient ones in the middle of the night.

Shin Chan’s Soy Sauce Ramen ($11) is from Tokyo Noodle, which was started in 1950 by Mr. Kiyoshi Imaizumi from Ashikaga in Tochigi Prefecture. Tokyo Noodle has good reputation and produces a variety of instant noodles.

There are 5 packets of noodles in each pack, and the fried noodles can be conveniently cooked in just 3 mins. It tasted really good when it absorbs the savory broth that is flavored with fragrant soy sauce. The presence of bonito in the soup base also gives the ramen an addictive umaminess.

Shin Chan’s Soy Sauce Ramen can be found at Metro Centrepoint Level 4.
